Frequently Asked Questions

What TYPES OF HONEY DO YOU HAVE?

Our honey starts with raw, unfiltered wildflower honey, harvested right here from hives on Block Island. Because our bees forage across whatever's blooming on the island at the time, the flavor, color, and texture shift naturally from batch to batch — no two harvests taste quite the same.

Alongside our classic wildflower honey, we also offer specialty and infused varieties from time to time, so it's worth checking in or asking what's currently available. Since everything we sell is small-batch and seasonal, availability rotates throughout the year rather than staying fixed.

Do you accept cash, card, or both?

We accept all standard forms of payment.

What if you're sold out when I get there?

If you keep missing out, reach out to us directly and we'll make sure you get some honey next time.

Do you ship or sell honey online?

No. All of our honey is sold in person at the Block Island Farmers Market. We don't currently offer shipping or online ordering.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes we do offer wholesale. Reach out to us directly to inquire. Everything else we produce is sold directly, in person, at the market.

Is your honey raw and unpasteurized?

Not technically; our honey is gently warmed to around 130°F to make it easier to bottle and to help prevent crystallization.

It's not heated to the point of commercial pasteurization, and nothing else is added or removed.
